IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

After completing the information below, your order will be processed only to the "PROOF" stage.  You will receive an email with a (digital format) sample usually within 3-5 business days.  The actual card size, colors and printing may vary slightly.  All text will be adjusted to fit the card insert properly.  Spaces between text lines can be requested.

Once you agree that you have proofed your design, made appropriate changes to your order, verified your information and authorize printing; your order will be in process.  Your order will be mailed usually within 10 business days upon receipt of your approval.

Once your order is in process to be printed & mailed to you, we are unable to allow for changes and/or cancellations.

Return Policy:   Any product which has been personalized are not returnable or refundable.

Order Cancellation:   Personalized orders may be cancelled only at the "PROOF" stage.  To cancel, please email WoodWind Papers to determine your order status.  Once you have contacted us and your order is deemed to not be in the processing stage; your order can be cancelled and a refund will be given.  Always include your name when contacting us.

3.   Make your Payment, we use PayPal®  ( EBay's® payment processing company )  to process your order.  It is by far the most secure payment process on the internet.  PayPal® it is very easy to use and you receive no spam emails.  We can help you through it if you haven't used their service before.  You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order and usually within 3-5 business days receive a proof via email.  Once confirmed, your order will be processed & mailed to you usually within 10 business days.  It is important that you read the above for additional information.
